Kendall's life experiences have been many and varied. His previous occupations include mining, land surveying, building and renovation, security, landscaping, transport and the hospitality industry.
Commencing his real estate career in 2000 in Victoria Park, Kendall worked for two large franchise groups and a boutique independent Agency. He became a part owner of this successful agency in Victoria Park and gained his Real Estate License.
Kendall took a break from the industry and started a renovation business, specialising in kitchen and bathroom renovations and full house refurbishments.
The opportunity to purchase Harcourts Bridgetown arose and Kendall & his father became the new owners in August 2012.
Personal achievements include completing two Avon Descents, climbing Mount Kinabalu in Borneo, the highest mountain in Malaysia. Kendall has ridden a Royal Enfield motorcycle to the “highest motorable road” in the world (18,380ft) and traveled nearly 5,000km by motorcycle from New Delhi to Nepal and back again!
Recently, Kendall and his partner completed the 480km Leh - Manali Hwy in northern India by motorcycle. Known as one of the world's most dangerous and spectacular roads with an average elevation over 13,000ft and the highest pass being at 17,430ft!
Kendall is passionate about selling real estate and he works by a simple philosophy –
